This policy explains return eligibility, damaged item reporting, refund method, and return instructions for EVOCRUZE orders.

1. Return Window
We accept return requests within 25 days of the delivery date. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition received, returned in original packaging, complete with all accessories, chargers, manuals, keys, parts, and included items, and free from signs of misuse, modification, unauthorized repair, or damage after delivery.
3. How To Start A Return
To request a return, email contact@evocruze.com with your full name, order number, email used for the order, reason for return, and photos or videos of the product and packaging if applicable.
Please do not send any product back before receiving return instructions from our support team.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping proof of shipment.
5. Damaged, Defective, Or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact@evocruze.com. Include clear photos or videos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and issue.
6. Non-Returnable Items
We may refuse returns for used products, products damaged after delivery, products missing parts or accessories, products returned without original packaging, products modified or repaired by the customer, and items returned without prior approval.
7. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund is approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
8. Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at contact@evocruze.com. If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will try to cancel it. If the order has already shipped, the return process may apply after delivery.
9. Exchanges
We do not guarantee direct exchanges. If you want a different model, you may need to return the original product first and place a new order.
