This Shipping Policy explains processing time, delivery estimates, free shipping, and tracking for EVOCRUZE orders.

1. Shipping Area

We currently ship EVOCRUZE products within the United States only.

2. Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on eligible EVOCRUZE orders shipped within the United States. If any special shipping charge applies, it will be shown at checkout before payment.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 5–12 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, address issues, high order volume, inventory availability, or large item handling.

5. Large Item Shipping

Electric bikes are large and heavy products. Some orders may require special handling, freight delivery, or additional carrier coordination.

6. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, tracking information may be sent by email. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.

7. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. EVOCRUZE is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or returned packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

8. Lost Or Delayed Packages

If tracking shows that your package is delayed, please contact the shipping carrier first. If further help is needed, contact us at contact@evocruze.com with your order number and tracking number.

9. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, take photos or videos of the packaging, shipping label, product, and damaged area. Contact us at contact@evocruze.com within 14 days of delivery.

10. Failed Or Refused Delivery

If delivery fails because the customer is unavailable, refuses delivery, or provides an incorrect address, additional shipping fees or restocking fees may apply.
